Jerry Polence
Filipina Cosplayer-
To finalize my Hong Kong adventure, basically day three was shopping day and bonding with my newly found friends. ^_^ I want to thank The Cosplay Chronicles / Kaika / Elpheal He for letting me borrow her photos.^_^ Do check her out.
We went to the Sino Center. Lots of awesome otaku items.
Then we went to Heng Hiong, the famous wife biscuit franchise store. Wife biscuits are special cakes given by the men of Hong Kong to women they wish to marry.^_^ Click here to continue reading “Hong Kong Halloween Treats Day 3″…

That day I woke up a bit early, prepared my costume, and headed down for breakfast with World Cosplay Summit 2011 Thailand representatives Natthar Janjarhatsin and Jiaki Pornkarunathikul. At that time, they were the Thailand winners of the Hong Kong Halloween Treats contest by Animax Asia and the Hong Kong Tourism Board. A few minutes later I was joined by the Singaporean representatives Kaika/Elpheal He, Jason Koh, and Hiyuki Ong. After a delightful breakfast we headed to our rooms to change and wait for our shuttle to the event.
So here’s a short video of us fooling around with our cameras before we were presented to the public, and a little footage before dinner. ^_^
Here are some pictures courtesy of Alodia‘s cousin Noel Gosiengfiao during the event. ^_^ Click here to continue reading “Hong Kong Halloween Treats Day 2″…

Long overdue, I finally got around to posting about my trip to Hong Kong courtesy of the Hong Kong Tourism Board and Animax Asia as the Philippine cosplay participant. So day one was the arrival, and I got to meet the other participants from other countries at the airport.
Video courtesy of Singaporean blogger participant Elpheal “Kaika” He. Watching this video, I realize, I’m really a bit too tall. ^_^;
After we got settled in, it was a mad dash to Hong Kong Disneyland with tickets courtesy of the Hong Kong Tourism Board. I’m a sucker for details, so it was a real eye candy treat for me.XD
