Saw this one, thought it was really cool!XD Considering the ability of the local mecha cosplayers here, it is very feasible that they are capable of doing something like this in the future. (just a thought ^_~) Can’t wait for the live action movie to come out.
Last year I participated in a CS Lewis convention cosplay, the convention was just in time for the release of the much anticipated movie Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. It was fun, and I kinda forgot that I have that costume until I came passby this videos in Youtube. The costume was made in 3 days with the help of friends, and it was hand sewn.^_^ So… I think I could have done better given more time, but I think for a rush job it turned out pretty well. XP
I better sew it together one of these days, when I have time. I really like the fur cloak, and maybe when I don’t need it anymore, I’ll sell it on ebay or something. The costume itself is extremely hot for me, by the awarding I already took it off. I will make improvements on it and wear it at least a couple more times. The hair due was an extreme challenge for me, I used strach on it.
